The umbrella defoaming device: |
● The umbrella defoaming device is mainly used to mix the glue well and defoam well. The principle is that the glue stream is continuously drawn from the bottom to the top umbrella piece by the screw rod and dispersed around it. It is beneficial to remove bubbles effectively (especially to the high viscocity glue) and to stir more evenly when vacuum pump is vacuumed. ● The main characteristics are as follows: pump up the bottom glue to avoid glue sedimentation; |

The Secondary metering device: |
● The secondary metering is to use the second set of screw pumps to control the accurate output of the glue produced by the primary metering pump according to the set glue quantity. ● The principle of the accuracy is guaranteed: the secondary metering pump is installed near the mixing valve, Avoid the pressure and resistance caused by too long pipeline to affect the stability of the glue supply, the glue output of the glue supply pump through the secondary quantitative output to ensure customer requirements (accuracy can be less than ±3%); ● The metering pump is equipped with pump pressure sensor, so as to ensure the stability of glue injection, signal output alarm when pressure is not enough or ultra high pressure, and on line real-time monitoring to avoid the mismatch caused by various factors in production process. |

3 axis potting system: |
● Equipped with dynamic mixing head which is equipped with detect sensor to check rotating status to avoid ununiforming mixing. ● X/Y/Z 3 axis potting system,machine travel :X:300mm/Y:300mm/Z:60mm,positioning accuracy :±0.05mm； ● Product enter potting area,then dispensing valve move to dispense material. ● Equipped with safety light curtain at the product entrance. |
