1CLICKSMT has recently installed a conformal coating line for a photoelectric devices manufacturer in Thailand.
"We use this line for selectively coating material on PCBs. These machines have run over three months at our factory continuously. Their quality is the same level as top brands of conformal system in the USA, Germany, or anywhere," Says end user.
This solution uses 1CLICKSMT's standard SC-900 conformal coating system. It is equipped with X/Y/Z/R 4 axis motion system and 1 film coating valve, it can selectively and accurately coat material on PCBs, the film coating valve has solved the drawing wire issue and splash issue of fast cured material when use spray valve.
