3、 Illuminator：Use annular blue shadowless light source. It can eliminate glare and reflection efficiently caused by LED, has shadowless effect Side glowing LED will have a good uniformity through Flat light material’s diffusion, can cover larger area.

4、 Image processing : Cooperate with famous image processing company named CK Vision . It can inspect fast and precisely. Repeated detection for the mark within 0.005mm

5、 Detection mode: Mark and bad mark detections can be achieved if the images within 20MM*20MM

6、 Regularly detect the glue width when it is running.
